SpectraMedix was founded by Raj Lakhanpal, MD. An entrepreneur and healthcare business executive, Dr. Lakhanpal brings proven experience developing business models and data analytics solutions to SpectraMedix. Previously he founded HealthAtoZ, a top online wellness, and population health management platform with deep analytics capabilities that assisted Health Plans and their Fortune 500 clients to reduce and manage their healthcare costs. HealthAtoZ was acquired by OptumHealth, a division of UnitedHealth Group in 2006. Dr. Lakhanpal is on the Board of Trustees of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. A former emergency physician, he is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians in the United States and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in the United Kingdom. He is a Lifetime Member of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) and founding President of TiE NJ-Philadelphia, a not-for-profit organization that fosters entrepreneurship across the globe. He recently completed a two-year term on the HIMSS Value-Based workgroup. He currently is a member of the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture governance board.

Ms. Satwah has over 20 years of experience in project management, business development, finance, technology and operations. She is responsible for all financial and operational components of SpectraMedix. Prior to joining SpectraMedix, Ms. Satwah was Director of Operations for HealthAtoZ where she was responsible for business operations, client relations and management functions.

As Vice President of Information Technology & Security, Mr. Atlee is responsible for the IT infrastructure, privacy and cybersecurity for all of SpectraMedix’s office, datacenter and cloud-hosted environments that support SpectraMedix’s SaaS application product development, client implementations, production operations and, business operations. Mr. Atlee is an astute leader, negotiator and problem solver, successful in intense and demanding environments experiencing rapid change through internal growth, revitalization and reform. Formerly Vice President of IT Enterprise Operations at AtlantiCare, Mr. Atlee provided direction and oversight for the implementation and operation of EHR systems for the Health System’s ambulatory services and IT support for its Health Plan and TPA operations. He has held several CIO positions over his 30-year healthcare information technology career, with expertise in planning and directing the acquisition, development, deployment and management of systems and technology within health system and payer organizations. Ken Atlee is a Fellow of the Advisory Board and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Ken is married, has two sons and four grandchildren, all residing in Southern New Jersey. Ken is active in youth sports, fitness and enjoys summer weekends at the Jersey Shore with this family, and an occasional round of golf.

Rucci shares his knowledge, the pitfalls and upside to establishing or managing an Accountable Care Organization. Before taking his current position as ACO Product Manager at SpectraMedix, he served as President & CEO of Partners In Care ACO in East Brunswick, NJ where he managed Accountable Care Organization contracts under the Medicare Shared Savings Program and in the commercial and Medicare Advantage insurance markets on behalf of more than 75,000 beneficiaries attributed to its 700+ member physicians. And, as a Senior Vice President at an employee benefits consulting firm for 20 years.

Sean Kelly is a 20-year health IT industry veteran, specializing in innovative technology solutions for emerging business challenges. With extensive experience in care management, population health, and public health, Sean joins SpectraMedix from Medecision, where he led Sales and Growth Strategy. Previous to that, he was an executive at GSI Health, which is where he and SpectraMedix first became aware of each other.
Sean's diverse background includes roles in sales, project management, product management, and consulting. Beyond work, he enjoys international travel, home renovation, running, and exploring new cuisines. Sean is excited to contribute to SpectraMedix's growth and success.

Sathyaji Raja has more than 19 years’ experience in architecting and delivering software applications. In recent years his focus has been on healthcare. Prior to joining SpectraMedix Sathyaji worked in finance and retail software development. As Director of IT, Sathyaji Raja is responsible for developing and delivering the eMeasures360 Platform. Sathyaji has worked with organizations including Infosys and CSC in senior roles, delivering projects for Canadian Pacific and CVS, among others.

Amol Kalra heads the Program office and Quality Assurance teams for SpectraMedix. Amol considers himself a client champion, by putting their needs first and aligning their strategic goals organizationally. Currently, Amol is helping SpectraMedix teams move toward Agile methodology for product development. He is redefining organizational structure to support Agile.
Prior to joining SpectraMedix, Amol held program management positions at Infostretch, Oracle and Wipro. Among his accomplishments are transformational projects for MasterCard, Telenor, JC Penney and Kaiser Permanente. Amol Kalra earned a Bachelors of Technology in IT from USIT, Delhi and Masters in Management from IIT Bombay.

Yamini Iyer leads the Business Analytics team at SpectraMedix. From her 13 years of extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Yamini brings knowledge and diversity in integrating data with analytics tools. Prior to joining SpectraMedix, Yamini has held several product management and consulting roles in her career. Starting from being an EMR/EHR implementation consultant to running a population health analytics product development team, she brings excellent claims and clinical data integration experience to SpectraMedix. At SpectraMedix, in addition to leading the Business Analyst team, Yamini also heads product development for the VBP Provider Portal, a provider facing VBP performance insights tool. When she is not working, Yamini loves to ride her motorcycle.

Rahul Lakhanpal, MBA, has 7 years of experience in the healthcare space. Prior to joining SpectraMedix, Rahul worked in healthcare private equity (Ascend Partners), growth equity (Revelation Partners), and investment banking (RBC). During his time in private equity and growth equity, Rahul invested in numerous digital health and healthcare services companies. Many of these companies focused in the value-based care space either as software platforms or specialized physician groups, including ACO Reach, IPAs, and physician-owned medical groups. As Chief of Staff, Rahul is responsible for finance, strategy, and partnerships. Rahul graduated with a B.S. in Human Sciences from Georgetown University and an M.B.A in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kashish is a seasoned data analytics leader with over 15 years of experience designing and delivering solutions across the US Healthcare continuum including payers, providers, PBMs, and pharmaceutical organizations. Throughout his professional career, he has worked at the intersection of healthcare and Data Science and continues to lead the Data Science & Analytics function at SpectraMedix. He is responsible for designing and developing the analytics suite as well driving innovation through AI, ML, and Gen AI. Kashish has also worked at various consulting firms, which has enabled him to bring the best of services and product perspectives together.
Kashish’s areas of interest include – risk-adjustment and stratification, population health management, value-based contracting, statistics, and AI-ML. He also remains up to date with the latest technological advancements including the fast-evolving field of Generative AI.
Kashish is a sports fanatic and follows cricket, soccer, badminton, and F1 racing and plays several of these sports in his free time. Kashish earned a Bachelor’s of Engineering (B.E.) Thapar University, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Indian School of Business (ISB).
Mr. Tyagi is the Chairman and Managing Director of Estee Advisors, an investment management company focused on providing risk-optimized returns through predictive models and data analytics. Prior to Estee Advisors, Mr. Tyagi was the Founder and CEO of Inductis, a consulting and outsourcing firm that he founded in 2000. Its mix of world-class business consulting and state-of-the-science analytical capabilities & infrastructure assisted diversified financial services companies with marketing optimization and risk management. Inductis was merged with EXL Service in 2006. Prior to founding Inductis, he was a partner and the head of e-business and data analytics practices at the Mitchell Madison Group (MMG), a global strategy consulting firm. He serves as a Board Member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Delhi Chapter and also of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi Excellence Foundation. He also received the 40 Under 40 Award in New Jersey in 2006.
A successful entrepreneur and business leader, Mr. Chadha is the founder and CEO of Axtria, Inc., a company that provides advanced analytics and related software services to global companies around the world. Prior to Axtria, he founded marketRx, a leading provider of sales and marketing analytics to global life sciences companies which was acquired by Cognizant in 2007. marketRx was named to the prestigious “Inc. 500”, a list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, and to the “2005 Hot 100”, a ranking of the fastest-growing new entrepreneurial businesses in America by Entrepreneur Magazine and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Chadha is the winner of the 2004 Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” award and was included in the 2003 “Top Forty under Forty” by NJBiz Magazine. In 2009, he was named to the PharmaVOICE 100, which recognizes the 100 most influential people in the life sciences industry.
Adil Nathani is chief risk officer and chief financial officer for QMS Capital, where he is responsible for risk management and financial reporting. Before joining QMS Capital, Adil fulfilled various roles at Citigroup, Old Lane, CDC Investment Management/Capital Markets NA and its successor organizations, Normandy Asset Management, AMBAC, and began his career at Smith Breeden Associates.Adil earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors. He also serves on the board of Community Access Inc. Adil is a member of QMS Capital’s Investment Committee.
Dr. Bernard is the former Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Continuum Health Partners, a nonprofit hospital system in New York City that comprises five historically distinguished hospitals: Beth Israel Medical Center, Roosevelt Hospital, St. Luke’s Hospital, Long Island College Hospital and The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He is also Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is the former Chief Medical Director of Care Management at Montefiore Medical Center.
An expert in C-Suite Strategy Development and Leadership, Mr. Gerbino is President Emeritus and the Past President of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. He is also a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), the Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management and the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP).
Ms. Srini is a Board Member at Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative (PRHI), Board Member at WPHIMSS, Executive Leadership Team Member at PDAP (PA diabetes action plan), Advisory Board Member at Health Enterprise Partners, L.P, Chief Strategist at SCS Ventures and Commissioner at the Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT). She is formerly Chief Innovation Officer of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Health Plan, Vice President of UPMC, Board Member of the Pennsylvania eHealth Initiative (PAeHI) and Board Member at HIMSS.
