What are we looking for
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead with extensive experience in designing and developing scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and expertise in guiding teams through complex technical challenges. A deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, combined with a passion for mentoring and driving innovation, is essential to excel in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities
- As a Technical Lead, he/she will be a part of a team of hardworking people responsible for creating and maintaining a suite of cutting-edge web applications, and client applications in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
- The Technical Lead utilizes his/her Design and Architecture knowledge coupled with Java and Server-side, Engineering and Web Development experience in understanding the constraints and needs of the business to elevate the quality of the output of the entire team over time
- The Technical Lead would be owner of the solution for all layers of architecture in a n-tier architecture
- The incumbent will lead by example, prioritize quality, and help define design for the full suite of applications
- The incumbent will own the SDLC engineering processes including (but not limited to) Requirement Analysis Document, Impact Analysis, Design and design review, Solution, Coding, Code review, Unit testing, Integration testing, Bug fixing, Delivery on lower and higher env and support to other teams like QA, Prod support, etc
- The incumbent will be expected to engage in product discussions and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the project
Required Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in SDLC. Agile (Scrum) is a must have
- Strong exp. on core java concepts like oops, multithreading, collections C exception handling with hands on knowledge of debugging skills, performance tuning and excellent coding practices
- Must have strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security
- Good hands-on experience in any JavaScript framework, be it AngularJS/ReactJS/Ext.JS etc
- Good experience in SQL server. (DDL and DML)
- Expertise knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Web services (RESTful)
- Good experience with Unit Testing processes and tools (Junit, Mockito)
- Hands-on experience with Design Principles, Patterns and architectural styles
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Excellent code review C debugging/troubleshooting skills
- Should have knowledge of performance tuning of the application for SQL, Java code, Memory management and design
- Should have basic understanding of the NFRs and its applicability
- HLD/LLD is a must
Non-Technical / Behavioral Competencies required
- Must have worked with US based clients in onsite/off shore delivery model
- Strong verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills are essential
- Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management (both internal and external) is necessary
- Should be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive, and an effective team player
- Must have experience working under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
