What are we looking for

SpectraMedix is seeking a seasoned Data engineer who will collaborate closely with lead developers, architects, and data/business analysts. S/He will be responsible for implementing, testing, and documenting as required. Occasionally, the developer will engage directly with clients and should be comfortable presenting and explaining technical configurations. Additionally, they will work alongside the client relations and project management teams to ensure the SpectraMedix product maintains the highest quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Location: Gurugram

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop code as outlined in the Sprint scope or Project Plan, based on the High-Level Design document
• Adhere to security and coding standards while developing code
• Perform unit and integration testing, addressing any issues identified during these phases
• Deliver high-quality outputs in design, code, and unit testing
• Demonstrate expertise in coding in Spark/Pyspark, Python

Required Experience

• 2-4 years for experience
• Bachelors / Masters in any engineering or technical field
• Proficiency in Pyspark
• Should experience with ETL Tools or into Bigdata technologies (Hadoop/Spark/ DataBricks etc)
• Experience with SQL
   

Non-Technical / Behavioral Competencies required

• Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive, and an effective team player
• Must have experience working under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure
